Research services are intellectual, digital, and consumable in nature. Once a research report, recommendation, or service has been delivered or accessed, the corresponding portion of the fee is considered utilised and is not refundable under any circumstances.
2. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure that all investment decisions are taken independently after fully understanding the associated risks.
- Seek clarification on any aspect of the service, fee structure, or policies before activating or commencing any subscription.
3. SEBI Fee-Limit Guidelines
Fees charged to Individual and Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) clients shall not exceed the limits prescribed by SEBI and / or RAASB from time to time.
Fees must be paid only through valid banking channels or verified UPI methods. Never make payments to personal UPI IDs or unofficial accounts. You may also pay via the Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) of RAASB where applicable.
4. Pro-Rata Refund Policy
- Due to the digital and consumable nature of research services, fees for services already availed by the client shall not be refundable.
- Complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the quality of research services during the subscribed period shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation for the utilised period.
- If a client requests cancellation of the subscription, the refund shall be processed only for the unexpired and unused portion of the subscription period.

Refunds shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting:
- Charges for services already availed.
- Applicable taxes.
- Administrative and processing charges.
- Payment gateway charges, where applicable.
- Refunds shall not be provided for the period during which services have already been rendered or utilised.
Once a research report, recommendation, or any part of the subscribed service has been accessed or delivered, the fee attributable to that period is non-refundable under any circumstances — including market losses, trading losses, or dissatisfaction with market performance.
5. Refund Calculation
Where a refund is applicable, the refund amount is calculated using the following pro-rata formula:

Refund Amount = (Unused Subscription Period ÷ Total
Subscription Period) × Total Amount Paid

The table below shows a worked example of how the pro-rata refund formula is applied:

Note: Payment gateway charges, taxes, and any applicable administrative deductions shall be non-refundable and will be deducted from the gross refund amount prior to processing. Clients are advised to make payments only through valid banking channels or verified UPI methods.

If a client has any objection regarding the fee structure, service scope, or applicable policies, the client is advised to seek clarification before activation or commencement of services.
Once services are activated, rendered, delivered, or utilised, refund requests for the utilised period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
